Northwest District Meeting
Fall District Meeting hosted by Lincoln City Branch
At the Northwest District meeting held Sat. Sep. 26 2009 in Eva Robertson’s home in Gleneden Beach, leaders and members from five branches came together to share ideas about fundraising, AAUW changes, educational research, and membership recruitment.
Tillamook attendees were Maggie Burton (Northwest District Director), Susan Pierce, Valerie Brace, and Betty Diamond.

- Marilyn Triplett and Eva Robertson, Lincoln City Co-Presidents, prepared the food and greeted guests from five branches in Eva’s country home, which was originally built as the set for the shooting of the 1970 movie Sometimes a Great Notion, starring Paul Newman, Henry Fonda, and Lee Remick.
